Bridged amp, one d4vc wired at 8 ohms

If I have a 2 channel amp running 380 watts rms bridged at 4 ohms to two dvc 4 ohm 10s wired at 4 ohms (speakers paralel, VCs in series), How many watts will it send to one dual 4 ohm VC 12wired to 8 ohms (amp is not stable to 2 bridged)????
