Brain hurts! 4-channel or h701 First? Which 4-channel to go with?

Alright, I'm wanting to go active very soon. I was considering getting the h701 processor next week (probably buy authorized if I can talk Tweeter down to $400). The amp I have will do 40w x 4 rms...not nearly what I would like to do.

Size is not important here, since I'm currently building a false floor anyway. Matter of fact, since size usually coincides with price (Alpine's PDX line for example) I am completely open to large amp suggestions. I'm running Rainbow SLC's and believe they're rated @ about 80w rms.

I'm not exactly sure how much power I want per channel, but I'm thinking around 100w or so. I don't necessarily have a budget yet. Depending on what is suggested and what prices I can find, I may buy soon, or may wait a month or two. This thread is simply posted to get some serious advice.

I've looked at Soundstream's SAX-100.4, and I really like the Zed Draconia. I'd like to go with some company who's not sold at BB, or the likes since I feel the best amps made are ones that are little-known outside of the major retail chains. I've seen good feedback on US Amps, and I remember Don posting some info on Alumapro but can't find anything there.

If I the amp I choose has band-pass capabilites, I'll likely hold off on the h701 since the need is not immediate. However, if the amp's suggested don't have BP capabilities, then I'll get the h701 now, and hold off on the amp.

Soooo, I need suggestions guys. I need everything you can think of. I'd like to have a lot of options here. Also, I'd like some feedback on the buying the amp or processor first.
