i built boxes from the mid 90s-mid 00 and shipped all over the usa just now my workshop is sub motors and dont want sawdust everywhere. my table saw is now a table

Shame you're not closer.... for the cost of the drive I'm sure you could build one...

Personally I buy a sheet at Home Depot and have them make all my cuts on their radial arm saw. It's not perfect, but that and a couple cans of liquid nails and all you need is a jigsaw or router to cut the woofer hole and a drill to screw the thing together. Quick and dirty you can have a box knocked out in an hour and a half...probably less time for something small... I haven't done a box smaller than 4 cube in ages.

just hate the dust esp in my shop and i would do at work so the jan could clean up the mess like i did with the last box, but i got the start of a sinus infection already ahhhh...

i even got the 2 4" aero's for the box just came in.

i got 2 burp 10" boxs,15" burp box,dual 8" daily,single 8" daily.
