why am i getting like 1.4 cu ft for that thing? (13.5x13.5x14= 2551.50/1728= 1.4766)
its definitely not too much for a 10....jmac reccomended 1.6ft^3 per sub, but that would take up my entire trunk.Originally posted by Matt0528 1.05 cu ft seems like a little much for a 10
but it might work... im not sure what ur subs sweet spot is
but jl audio 10s are .625
but then again... they like small boxes
but dude.. for the price u cant go wrong
i would buy it and try it out
did you subtract for the MDF? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif 1.5 inches off of the L, W, and HOriginally posted by mgaidica no, nswartley, im talking about the box he posted from ebay, click on the site and look at what it says the cu ft is, then look at my calculations, somethings off, whether with me or them...
well, it depends on whether or not they did it. just do it yourself and subtract from the external dimensionsOriginally posted by mgaidica i c, so when a website tells you "1.0 cu ft" for a box recomendation you subtract that 1.5 in while calculting the box?
