box volume for 2 adire shiva 12's

wondering if anyone had the box volume in cubic feet for the shiva 12's

and has anyone built any boxs for them and what sizes did you use and what is your experiance

i am thinking aound 2 cubic feet per woofer ported

i believe they have that on their website.....but if my memory serves correct.....2 ft^3/ sub sealed is pretty good.....i suggest 1.25-2.0

i was told no smaller than 2 cuft per sub ported. right now i have mine in a very small box (all i have right now) which is 2 cubes total for my 2 shivas, off a jbl600.1 and i love them. however, once i make my box thats 3 cubes sealed i will love them even more. aim for 1.25-2 cubes each sub sealed pending on your power. for ported id say at the bare minimum 2 but 2.5-3 per sub ported.

and i figure if i run ported i could do 3 cubes per woofer no problem

what type of power? if you can do like a 5 cube box or something to that effect i think youd be more than pleased.

not sure of amp yet but figure at least 500 RMS

you have pm. go ported and you'll love it. or make a 3.5-4 cube sealed box with 250 going to each.

for SQL, i think i would go with ported tuned to 32-34
