Ok, I changed to 2 4" ports and it came out with a vent length of 24". Now does this mean each port has to be 24" or 12" + 12" to equal 24"?

each one has to be 24"

remember, the longer and larger ports displace more so you need to adjust your box size to accomodate them and still have X airspace after ALL displacements.

crap...my box needs to be .3cu bigger to get a net of 2.3cu, and there is no way i can make the box any bigger. Would I be better off just doing 2 15" Type R's with 800 RMS to each in some huge *** ported box? or should i cut some corners for the 4 12's?
