Box tuning question

what,if any,difference would i have if i went from a ported box tuned @ 28hz, to 30hz, same sub,same size box,just the tuning difference.

i would say hardly noticable, but im sure there are some out there who could tell

i could tell a diff when i change my 4" pvc pipe in the same box form 29hz to 32hz
