What box dimensions should i use? Stuffed or unstuffed?

It'll be going in a 87' volvo sedan, so there should be ample room.

most of the time the sub will come with a spec sheet that tells you what type of box is needed. As for the polyfill, that is only used if the box is smaller than the sub needs so you fill it with polyfill, the sub performs as if the box were bigger by slowing down the sound wave in the box.
