well if you built a box designed with two seperate chambers and tuned each to say like 35. then removed the divider it will not be the same tuning. chances are it will be tuned way high.

...i may be reading this wrong, but it would be identical if you took a devider out but just a tad bit lower in tuning due to the devider being gone (more airspace).
The proper way to calculate the tuning would require splitting the space into two areas for 2 ports anyway
