Box Problem

I have a 94' Camaro I want to put in Two 12's or 15's but dont' want to loose ANY trunk space. I want to design a box to cover up the entire trunk w/ two amps infront of it like everyone else does but at the same time in the back behind the subs i want a handle so i can open the rear and have a secret compartment underneath, is this possible? and will it work? will i lose bass by doing this?

I have a 94 camaro, and you know that space all the way in the back near the trunk latch? you can fit a box in there and put the subs underneath. Thats what I did when I had 2 subs.
