box/port placement in a camaro

this is how the top of the box will sit the way i have it now but the box needs to be smaller so should i take some off of the bottom and keep the sub/top of box at that angle or take some off of the top and have the sub shoot straight up into the hatch with no angle to it

the box is gonna have a single 12, a lethal injection or sa-12, my other question is should i have the port up with the sub or to the side?

Car Audio Cabin Gain Transfer Function

check out the section on the horn effect and hatchback type cars like camero's . i know that space is quite limited in the back of those (from the picture i'm guessing thats a 4th gen camero) but to get the loudest bass and in effect a free boost in SPL you want to fire the subs and port at the glass.

Yep you're right it's a 4th gen but I removed the t-top racks so I have a LITTLE more space.
