Box for Nissan altima looking to hit hard

I have a 06 Nissan Altima with currerently 2 12 Memphis mojos and a medium ported box. I am wanting to upgrade this to something more ridiculous. I am thinking about 2 or 4 decent 15s like diamond d6s/massive/ or digital designs. I'll be getting a kinetik battery and a big amp. But the problem is the box. I'll be using 3/4 mdf but I have no clue on design. My trunk is pretty big and I want it all used for bass. Does anyone know what kind of design I can use like 2 subs on the side or if 4 on top would work. What do u guys think?

id say get a custom box built for the mojos first, because just filling the trunk up with a box and speakers isnt going to give you the bass you want just rattles(unless its walled off). a good box design with those subs should give you great results. switching to 15s can be great too if you're looking for a lower frequency response. and out of those brands i would run dd which most likely wont catch the lows very well i say get a better box or more power.

ps 4-15"s isnt going to do what you want it will sound bad in that trunk(can you say rattle can)

Yeah that is going to raddle. But I dynomated the whole trunk already and with the 2 12 it just purrs. Lower frequency and harder hitting sound is what I'm really aiming for. I just can't determine where the subs (15s) should be on the side or top and where the port should be. My Idea is to put them on the top of the box and create a port on the bottom facing the front of the car and build the box getting smaller the dealer I go in like a slope so I can maximize the most space possible for the box.

Bigger subs wont give you lower frequencies:fyi:, they will however give you more output assuming other factors stay the same

I went this the two 15s d6s and a 4000 watt nano diamond amp. Now all that's left is build a sick box and slap it in.
