Box for my MOJO!!!

I just got a 12" mojo and i am trying to cram it into my ford ranger! I have done all of the measurements and came up with 2.5 cubic feet which meets the recomended box volume for ported but it is not optimal. Optimal is 4 cubic feet for ported. The optimal for sealed is 2 cubic feet. Since i meet optimal on sealed should i go sealed at 2.5 or go ported? Any help is appreciated!

The sub should b fine w/ 2.5ft3 ported....or is it 2.5ft3 total after sub/port displacement??

my mojo in my 3 cube box is asking for more room but it still sounds great so i dont know what to tell you. I would think its okay if thats 2.5 net but in such a small cab it will still get **** loud sealed

Ok thanks guys! I'll check it out sealed and if not satisfied, ported. Yes it would 2.5 after sub and port displacement

Port it. The mojo's aren't sealed box subs 2.5 is perfect for one 12. I had 2 15's in 8 cuft after displacement there not huge box subs...

Alrighty man! If i port it what should i tune it to? I was thinkin 36 but let me know what you recommend!

anywhere from 32-36hz would b fine for daily....

Alrighty! THanks for your input! I just tried it sealed and wasn't impress so i am portin it tomorrow! Ok i will probably try 34hz then!
