Box for 2 18's cut sheet help

I'd like a 40x20x12.5 or 40x20x15 roughly 4.5 and 5.5cf box for my 2 18w6's. I'm a total noob at calculating boxes and ***** at the maths. If anyone could be so kind as to help me with a cut sheet i'd be forever grateful.

I've came in this section maybe 5 times. I'm a nooblet when it comes to boxes, always had mediocre woodworking skills.. I've just always went the prefab sealed route cause it was easy and i'm lazy.. I just want to do these baby's right and build a halfway decent enclosure for them.

Edit: I can fit as big of a box as I want really as it's going to be "plopped" in the backseat of my coupe. I want to actually beable to remove it without taking out my front seat though . With that said I can do a 40x20x15 box. That will give me 5.56cf to work with.

The box's dim's have changed slightly as you can see. If this slight increase is indeed beneficial we can go that route. These will be more then I'll ever need so i'm sure whatever you come up with in that range would be steller.

Also, which home improvement store generally has the lowest price for on cuts and mdf?

Depends on your local pricing and who they have cutting. Most of the time if you slip the guy cutting a few extra bucks to take his time and double check the cuts you will be good no matter where you go.

You can have lowes cut them for cheap but the problem with getting the wood cut at a place like that is that the saw isn't very accurate. The cuts may be spot on and they may be off as much as a 1/4". If you have them cut it try and find someone who knows what they are doing. Get some liquid nails or something similar so you can seal up the box good
