Now that I have a vehicle that I can actually put some speakers in, I've decided to go with the 12w6v2's. I've got a jeep grand cherokee, and would like some advice on how to build the box. or if I should just spend the extra $100 or so and get one built for me, or buy a premade.

Also, any input on which deck/amp/etc that I should include in the system would be cool. But my main question is just how I should go about the box situation.

thanks.

I would run your subs off od a 1000/1 and the box needs to be 3 cubes tuned to 32. Sounds great and gets loud. That is what I have mine at. If you want a blueprint I will send you one. Just let me know.

This will get you bumpin. I have basicly 2 of these boxes put together and love the sq and the spl I get. Trust me you won't find a better box for sql for these subs. This was designed in conjunction with JL Audio tech's. Enjoy.

oh and fyi you might want to extend the 17 inch side to 17.75 and double up the face. These have already broken my face piece. That is a weak point in this box but an easy fix.

thank's a lot for all the help and input. I'll see what I can do. And maybe post some pics when done. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
