Box for 12" CVX

i just recently blew my type r. i just ordered a 12" cvx but it needs more volume than a type r. i currently have a 1.76 cu ft ported box. i was thinking about getting a 3.06 cu ft ported bandpass box from here http://www.hifisoundconnection.com/Shop/Control/Product/fp/vpid/1786260/vpcsid/0/SFV/30046

i know what most of you are thinking, " just build your own box". well first of all, im not that talented at building things and another i dont know anyone who builds them around here. so if anyone "wants" to build that would be fine. but i just want to know if this box would be good enough for this sub

I had a pair of 12" cvx's in a 4.3cube enclosure at 32Hz and like it.

I dont know how much the shipping will be on the enclosure that you linked to. You should check out BJ Fisher. Great boxes and not spendy. $130 shipped on a 2.0cube net ported enclosure.

I have bought an enclosure from him for my old Q 15's and I am going to be ordering my next enclosure from him as well.
