Box cracked today

Req is right. You can basically use MDF dust as sand when you want to put out a fire, it really burns like ***. I assume it's the glue?
And rai, it's not like anyone (cough 50 people) told you that the bracing was worthless.

This is currently how my box is going to be...If anybody has suggestions please draw some thing up for me or explain.

So you're going to build another box with barely any bracing at all. You might not need the braces if you knew how to cut a straight line.

Probably panels rattling against each other, liquid nails seem filling the gaps probably cracked.

Just doubling everything up won't help you at all really.Highly overrated.PROPER bracing is MUCH more effictive than just adding another layer of MDF.

Box I drew up in like 5 minutes - subs up (double baffle if you will) 4 Aeros per chamber at the bottom of the box - Thicker braces routered out the corners for flow. Use Tite Bond and do it right!

Painted it a color you should like as well!

Thanks for the pic pop da hatch...Im going to use two 6" ports instead of the 4" ports.

The four inch ports dont fit on the bottom of the box like that. Thats how I originally wanted to put them.

Just went to take the carpet off the box and it turns out it wasn't the brace that ruined this box but rather me using liquid nails. Pics are on the way...

Nope...just from shitty glue. Wood isn't cracked at all.
