box coating options?

maybe in the future failed to mention in 17 on a gas station work budget lol.

but would like to see pics of the milkshake stuf

buy roll on beadliner. it would be just as cheap and easier and look a lot better than the two options you are throwing out there. cheap stuff is @ wally world for about 30 a gallon
when people come in with that shit in their bed I charge them an extra $50 just to clean it out and re prep it right...most people waste $100 plus on that crap and it doesn't coat worth anything...I use about 5 gallons of material per bed...and it cost more than $30 a gallon for the good stuff....

well i have a sprayer could you give me a link are something to the good stuff?

What would it cost to cover a 5 cube box with a good quality bed-liner?
the whole box top bottom and sides....would be about $75 un prepped and about $125 prepped...prepped would be sanded and filling most all the seams and nail holes...before sprayed...even spraying thick...you can't cover them up...even though it would still be weather proofed and well sealed either way...it looks better prepped

No nail or screw holes!!!!! Just lotsss of glue...

They use special sprayers and machines...that pump the bedliner and sealer...it mixes in a special disposible clear nozel...The machine I use cost $15,000
is there anything i can put in my gun the will last and be waterproof?

yeah a shitload of work sealing seams and holes lolz thats why when i build the box i charge 17.50 i dont usually have big seams or holes since i use a stepped counter sink that fits screw heads almost dead on and blaze glaze is usally all i need for it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
