Yeah but that was to be expected w/ a double kerfed wall lol. Bj will get it figured out and it will come out awesome i'm sure of it, it will be a beast!

Thanks guys. Im pretty confident Chris will get it all figured out for us. If not, Ill just spend some time out at the shop using the ole' trial and error till it works....

OK, so did a little messing around with this box today. Chris sent me the revamped layout on the ports earlier this week. Used some scrap pieces to double check everything...

How did everything work out? Well, you will have to wait until later when I post pics to see it....

Things went together really nice. There are some small gaps in the end of the flare, but on a full size panel, shouldnt be a problem to get it completely tight. Just didnt really wanna spend much time on it today, because it was just really a dry run. All in all, I'm very pleased the way everything went together. As soon as the Fi box is complete, Ill get on this full force. Shouldnt take too long to get it all finished up.

sounds good... i trust your skills without reservation. i know that you wouldnt let it leave the shop unless it was to your standards (which are WAY higher than pretty much any other builder i have ever seen).
