Clamping the Side to the bottom & back (put on the sub to hold the wight down):

My heater was doing a good job, considering it was snowing outside.

Clamps removed, front piece ready to be glued & fitted:

Idk how you guys do it, But I do the 4 cornering style carpet with a flat piece of wood and a very sharp knife:

this little 10" in a 1.65 cubic foot enclosure

weights more then then 15" Alpine type R in the 3.6 cubic foot enclosure lol

I only use speaker terminals for sealed applications.

that plastic **** ain't as sturdy as wood.

If the customer wants, i drill holes and push wire through. and the seal it up.
