why did you double baffle everything??

any pannel that can flex or vibarate on a sub enclosure

will effect SQ and out put..

it wastes energy that can otherwise be used by the woofer to excite the air.

the bass out af a good solid enclosure has a much stiffer harder hitting sound

a flexing box can help your score, so it probably can help output
