Box Build me skars!

Im building a box for a buddy of mine. username g6ryder chk it out yall!

Box is for two SKAR VVX-10's they will be getting 1k rms EACH! BWAH! hence the size of the box. its 2.25ft^3 @ 30hz iirc

baffle #1

Notice in the design the organic shape of the baffle? well here is how you do that.

using the cutouts from the first ID cutouts line them up and screw them into the BACK of the baffle! that way there is no holes on the front!

then use a bit like this on your router.

run it along nice and slow. keep a steady hand and you should get a little something like this when done

This build will have WHITE led's also to add a little subtle glow to the subs. i did so by using the same router bit (trim bit) and a fence secured to the back to cut the notch for the LED strip that i make. then i used the same router bit and trimed away the excess on the little hump so the LED's can shine through

I'm running 4 of them and love them. I've, never had any issues with Kevin. I know and remember the fiasco on caco also lol.

the subs seem decent, just the owner shady as hell I've heard people are having troubles getting their subs along with him stealing other peoples work claiming as his own. I buy 90% owner most of the time so if the owner is shady I pass.

i had about 15 of them. they all broke. ******* waste of money they are! i have two just for securing the box to the horses etc. I LOVE the Rockler Clamps. 10x more than any clamp i have used! at about 15 a piece they are a bit steep.
