Im P***** because the box wont fit in my car. Its slightly out & I now where I went wrong with measuring my trunk. The only way it will go in is if I build the box exactly the same but make the front slanted so that it can squeeze in my trunk. I would also like to decrease the depth from 22in to about 18in max & the width to less than 32in prefebable 28in but still want to get the same tuning frequency etc.

Can some1 help as I just aint getting anywhere with this. I dont know how to use all these calculators etc.

Heres the one Ive just built

top and bottom are 32x22

back is 32x15

front is 27.75x15

left side is 20.5x15

right side is 21.25x15

1st port piece is 17x15

2nd port piece is 21.25x15 TUNED TO 28hz

What do i change to make the front slanted but with a depth of 18in and width under 32in please

Here is a pic of the boot. Its a funny shape which is the problem to get it in. Its a bmw e36.

Trunk opening as follows

L = around 28. H = 16 just to get it in the boot but no more. It can slide in from the back seat but height has to be 16in max & depth would be around 18in I would like the depth no more than 18in as I want some boot space. I Hope this helps ?

you you tried getting the box in through the back seat?

when i made a box for my buddies car it too would not go in through the trunk (i am used to designing for SUV's lol).

it had fold down seats so we tried going in that way. it was a TIGHT squeeze, but we got it and it saved us having to build another box.

your seats look like they are fold down as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif i would give it a shot.

Haha, my box didn't fit in the grand am's trunk. So I had to unbolt and take out off of the rear seats to find out that it was still 2" too tall...

Bye bye to part of my rear deck... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
