Box Build for xtremez: Two 18" BTLs 56K WARNING

It is for two 18" FI BTLs. It is 10 cubic feet net tuned to 35 hertz.

Here are some progress pics. I still have to finish cutting the subwoofer holes and add some more bracing. There are a couple 2x4s on the inside that are bracing the box from side to side that aren't pictured. I will be adding bracing from top to bottom once I cut the subwoofer holes. I have to sand the port front a bit more and add a couple more coats of paint as well. The screws on the baffle are only to hold them together while gluing. They will be removed.

I'm using a router and a home made jig. It works like a charm.

That is up to the customer. I'm going to ship it bare, after sanding and what not.

I hope there's some more bracing than just the double baffle or those sidewalls are gonna flex pretty good.

I run 18s all the time. I double every wall. Last year, I had the baffle (double layered of course) bust a seam and it was glued and screwed. I run alot of power to my BTLs. I figured that the customer would be running alot of power or the BTLs would be a waste of money.
