u forgot to paint the top of the port and i hope there is some bracing in there on that face or its going to flex like crazy with that 18

The port is all painted, that's just the flash on my camera. Also it's is well braced don't worry.

might want to put round corners, this will help more to build up the pressure... just an opinion...
