some more while i'm at it.

here's some snapshots of the double baffle:

to do the cutout i screwed both piece together on all four corners so they won't move around.

and to do the cutout, i used a drill bit big enough to clear the jigsaw blade and drilled the corners of the squared cutout.

then glued them together:

oh and the optional port angle pieces should be 36" long not 30". only typo i found.

Thanks. My approach to designing is unlike most on the boards today. My boxes are easy to build, unlike some 16th order bandpass that is going to sound the same as a simple ported box. Also as most people know im a SPL nerd. I have experience with many, many drivers. I just wish i had time to build boxes like I used to. But my woodworking pales in comparasion to builders like BJfish and James Bang.
