No stenciles, just my circle jig and my router.

How? That brace has some circular-ish shapes but it has a mix of some other shapes too. Looks too good to be free-hand. Next time, take pics when you're making one of those braces. I think those beautiful braces and flush mount faces you create are more interesting than the box build itself.
