BJ thanks for the work on this box... the craftsmanship is simply awesome!!!!! and all in 2 days? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif :)

I believe there was 1/8" of clearance when sliding this box into place LOL, whew! almost wasted 6hrs total drive time.

I'll be working on things this week and hope to have the box in place by this weekend. I need to build the filler panels that will go up to the sides and top of the van then lay the carpet on. Not sure where the amps will mount just yet.. maybe in the back if there's room, or I'll inset them into the side of the interior wall of the van with a fan for ventilation.

This box is friggen HUGE //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Net of 20 cubes total and will house (8) 12" TC-1000's

hmmm.. i would assume that the dividers would practically split them into separate ports meaning the port length should change...

but then again, i don't know much about enclosure designing. i'm just curious.

BJ .... u trully are the greatest! On here atleast!

Not only a great builder! Great guy!

Appreciate the assitance (the Porter bits) Just ended up buying some from MLCS.

And the trim bit!!! I LOVE IT!!! I swear..... ALL I really needed was a Jigsaw, Router, a Flush Trim bit, and a straight edge! lol!

I can make rough straight cuts w the Jig, then clean with the trim and a str edge... More work, but still reduced need for table saw.

anyways...

Your so precise!
