lol i used to be into that RC stuff when i was 12. i ran all HPI. i stopped because they didnt let me use my 4 wheel drive.

RC is one of those timeless things. I thought I outgrew it until I looked at my RS4 and other shit and thought, you kno what? Lemme get these into running condition. I always enjoyed playin' in the dirt more lol. I run mostly offroad but have just started doing well in Oval too. Lipo/Brushless is a trip!

No haha, I'm an offroad guy as well, but I only race onroad. Popped one of them new traxxas 3.3 engines into my old nitro rustler. Full carbon fiber conversion with battery relocation. From planning/design to actually driving 6hrs round trip to get it I would say roughly $300.00 which was less than what I had originally thought a box with that design and craftsmanship would cost to build!

lol yea Rustler isnt exactly known for its chassis tuning ability LOL

BTW folks I did the video. I have never been around this kind of stereo equipment/power. I about fell over when I heard this..It is loud!! ANd the amazing thing is at normal listening level's its incredible..I thought it would be unbearable no matter what the volume was at.

Now I want some subs and amps LOL

Well we just metered it and hit 152.8 @47hz volume at 20 (wanted to play it safe and not hurt anything. I've been up to 23 on the volume before so there's more SPL out of this setup than 152.8

I screwed up both runs in SB4 (blew a fuse on first run, shut down early on second) so I averaged at 141.9 but guys saw the meter show 155+ at times. I just need to find the right song and its there!

In SPL I hit 151.8

The difference in the readings from the other day to todays was, the other day's test wasnt a TL meter and todays was. But im extremely happy with the whole setup, couldn't have worked out better!
