Ok everyne this box is for Mgcauctions09's four Alpine Type R 12's

Box is 6.5 cubic feet with two 6" PSP ports tuned to 35Hz

i would love to have a cnc myself.....

if not cnc.... what bit for your router do you us to get that little edge on the sides of the box for the carpet folds..... if you dont mind me asking...

 
That box is going to beat like a motherfawker..... Looks real fawking good. You don't use a cnc, do you?

There is a few diffrent ways to go about this. If you have a router table and a fence you can use a plunge bit or you can also use a rabbiting bit as well. Last is to use your table saw.
