I thought most of the 4 door's had another set of 5 1/4's or weird *** 5.1's lol

He must have one if he says there's a speaker back there.

If I were him I would cut a larger hole anyways.

Here's how it looks with the sub in. Nothing too crazy. just a little bump in the trunk. getting it installed tomorrow by my cousin. gonna upgrade the front comps in the spring sometime. gonna go with alpine spx-13pro.

next time you do a flushmount and carpet it... take a small piece of scrap that has a 90 edge on it and run it around the flush mount to stretch the carpet down onto the real baffle, that way the carpet will run all the way to the cutout and you wont have to worry about seeing the wood if the cutout for the flushmount is slightly too big

yeah... it looks like you cut the flushmount baffle precise enough so that the sub fits very snug, so you shouldnt be able to see it anyways, i was just tryiing to give ya a little tip //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
