4.2 cubes tuned to 35 hz using two 4" aero ports. Turned out nice, but it took me a little longer than normal because I had to order the aero ports and what not.

Overall it turned out pretty nice, I'm very happy with it. It's for two PA Fubars.

Just screwed in the ports today, and getting ready for shipping. Gonna wrap this beast in 50 sq ft of bubble wrap, and had to get a custom made shipping box for it. PITA if you ask me, but that's life. Overall he has been EXTREMELY patient, which is very much appreciated in a customer.

Maybe he can chime in and let us know what he thinks. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

looks pretty good and solid. I would hate to try and ship something that big and heavy though.
Hence the reason I prefer not to do boxes this big unless the buyer is willing to fork up the cash to pay for shipping/box/packing materials. A custom shipping box runs $15-$20 usually.

i just shipped a 5 cube box from florida to california weighed 130 pounds for 65 bucks
WHAT?! That's crazy. The quote for this box, not including packing materials and DHL pick up service was $77. DHL charges $4 to do a local pick up, and the shipping box alone cost me about $15. 50 sq ft of bubble wrap is $6 at Wal-Mart.

Who do you ship through? I've found DHL to be the cheapest.

If it was by DHL, unless it was packed up really **** good, it was ****ed when it arrived...
I hate DHL...
I have yet to have a problem with shipping a box using DHL. I've shipped a few UPS, and they ****ed up it bad. Shipped one USPS and they dinged a corner or two, but DHL has left all my boxes unharmed so far....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

i buy my carboard in 5x10 sheets for 3 dollars a sheet

and i buy 4x8 3/4 inch foam for 5 dollars a sheet.

cost me 8-10 dollars to package a box.

business accounts and volume help things greatly (have my business RCBenclosures and my fathers R&B services and my cousins Shumaker heating and air all on one account.

thats why its so cheap i believe we are do for another 5% discount on shipping cost

shoot me a PM with your phone number man ill gice you some info to get your cost on shipping down. im leaving for the day to go to the shop.

your doing a good thing with these cheap boxes no doubt . i just cant do it lol this is my main source of income
