BTW, its a textured paint called Hammered Paint. Its really cool stuff. I cant WAIT to see the final product. Chris did the design work and came up with the game plan. Its one hell of a cool looking design.

I got a decent router for Christmas, and I'm going to pick up a roundover bit. I looks like you round the edges prior to assembley (exterior edges I mean, not just the port walls.) Is this the case? Any tips to getting perfect rounded edges or should it be fairly straight forward?

I only roundover the port walls prior to assembly (usually) this design is a little different.

As far as tips go, just take the time to set the correct depth of your router by practicing on a scrap piece, not your box.

Long story made short....

Within a span of 2 weeks, I had more than 50% of my tools shoot crap on me, and had 2 kids in the hospital.
