ok, my subs are making a vibrating noise. ive done everything so far. now, the sub is a real tight fit in the box i mean tight. could that be vibrating even though its screwed down all the way? has anyone ever heard of that or expierenced(sp) it?

i also forgot to mention its only with some songs.

such as: there it go, the whistle song.

Is it the subwoofer itself, or the box? That's really the main issue here. If it's the subwoofer, chances are you have VC rub as previously said, otherwise, you probably have either a leaky or improperly braced enclosure.

Send it back to the manufacturer and see if it's a problem with the soft parts (most likely), or you have a motor/pole piece defect (quite rare).

will kicker take it and fix it, if have the receipt and, everything even if i bought it offline? and what are soft parts?

maybe, there i mean its a cheap box they whipped up at the factory where i bought it from. there isnt any braces on the inside. and i dont even believe it was sealed. i had to seal it.

also: would i notice VC rub if i pushed on the cone. i did and it felt smooth when i pushed it in. i didnt like ram in down there but i pushed on it a bit and, it was smooth sailing.

its only with songs like, there it go(the whistle song).
