Only difference that was made from the design was that he decided to level the floor himself, so the extra stuff you see on the bottom of the enclosure was omitted. This box was also left bare.

How do you get your panels so flush? My god, I am starting to loathe my circular saw. I would give anything to be able to cut wood as straight and perfect as you. Is there any way to get my pieces any more accurate with a circular saw?

wait.. No jointed edges?

I do some conventional builds now and again. With the original design, it was hard to work in the inset sides. It was being left bare anyways, so the sides werent a big issue.

Although, I do like building with the rabbeted edges better. Lines everything up easier.

I'm thinking about getting one of those metal things that clamp down and give you a straight edge. It would be much less expensive then spending $500+ on a good table saw.

BUT, the measurements aren't exact, with a table saw you only make one measurement for all cuts that distance.

I think its one of those things... were everyone will have their own opinion. From what I have read, on the mic, sometimes it helps, sometimes it hurts.
