Ok everyone this box is for Brandon's 2 12" DC Audio Level 3's.

Box is 3.0 cubic feet after displacement with 43 square inches of port tuned to 35Hz.

Well right now I buy MDF form Home Depot. I do not have a place to store full sheets at the moment so I can not order direct which is much cheaper. You can call up local lumber yards and get great pricing but most will have a minimal to buy (around 10 sheet)

what bit did you use to cut out the port for the front piece

I used a 1/2" flush trim bit.

Nice. That seems kind of small for to 12"s. Only 3 cubes for both?

Looks simple and clean. My only suggestion though is when it comes time to notch the edges on the sides for carpet, go 3/4" in on the port side from the front. I noticed you notched the outside edge, must've been a little bit of a whoops.
