Box Build for **BLADOS**

ive had some cutouts that look worse than that, but they work. when the subs mounted , you wont be able to tell. at all.

anyways , get a router. sanding corners = ftl.

OK seriously I don't have a router. If it concerns you that much why not buy one for me?
How the hell do you round the edges like that with out a router?! O_O

That's even more impressive!

Do you use a jigsaw?

I need to get a jigsaw, router and table saw... I don't even have a circular saw atm //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Just about 21.. The boy got butthurt that i'm picking on him publically, so he thought i'd be pissed about him posting a picture of me.. I call him gay because he used to send me pictures of different cocks on messenger mixed in with the box pictures... Oh, and i'm the wrong one.. lol. He used to send me black **** pictures just because I have an adopted black brother.. He can post as many pictures of me as he'd like, I have no issues with my image.
I'm sure you have alllll these supposed pictures that I sent you, right? =/ Or is that just some fantasy of yours?

What is your method for cutting holes with your jigsaw? It makes me cringe to see them and I want to see them get better! I'm not just saying that your hole cut outs **** to be negative but to motivate you to want to make them better.

Unless your jigsaw is just out of control fast and there is a lot of jitter in the blade, then you should be able to do quick, painless, and much cleaner holes with a jigsaw. Using a home made compass, you can trace the hole cutout with a permanent marker. Once you get the marker laid down, just move slowly and keep the blade in the middle of the black circle. You should also never be pushing the jigsaw; the saw should cut the hole without you feeling like you're moving it besides to keep a steady turn.

The enclosures are looking pretty good though. I don't care for the hand rounded edges being as large of a radius as they are due to it being more obvious it was done by hand and not a router but I do appreciate the work involved with that.

Your boxes look great Goat, but a trick we use at my job is to go a little under the line on whatever you're cutting, and sand down to it (allows you to clean up the rough edges and make your circle perfectly round) trust me I do aviation work and they nitpick about every little thousandth of an inch you're off //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Either that or find yourself a 12" hole saw //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
