Do you at least draw out a perfect circle? and maybe your tracing skills with a jigsaw aren't great? Idk its just really not that difficult

I have a way of making the circle, and it's always dead on. I've built about 25 boxes, and I've NEVER had an issue with the sub not fitting properly in the hole. Only issue I've had was with a aero port cut out, but the OP didn't mention he hillbilly rigged his aero port, and it wouldn't fit properly because of that.

I'm trying to advertise my work here. Why come in and post dump? Do I come to your job and criticize your work? Even though you're doing a great job for very little money? I don't mind constructive criticism, but don't post in my threads if you're going to be a prick about it.

If I was having constant complaints from customers about my cut outs, THEN I would understand. But it's never been an issue. That's why I have yet to buy a router.

Yes. I do them with a Porter Cable DA Sander, and yeah it's a PITA.
