Update,

Applied resin and mat to the kerfs and resin to all the seams

flush trimmed the bottom pannel

Holes cut and flush mounted for the ports and a test fit

Holes cut for the subs

I decided to place a brace at the internal end of the port.

then internal flairs were attached to the brace

the I installed the brace

and installed the port tubes

installing the top

flush trimmed the top

rounded over the top and bottom

another shot of the internal brace and ports

filled all the fastener holes with wood filler

sanded the entire box smooth

installed the outer port flairs

flush mounted

applied fiberglass resin to all inside joints
