RE Audio HC motor will be reconed to a 15" (Dave built the recone, will be here today) with a claw style basket (like the original mag used but in a 15"). Full cone inverted style dust cap, D2 flatewound coil.

The Shocker X-Treme will remain a 15" but will use a different style basket. Have yet to deside but leaning toward a DD style basket. Recone for that will be coming from Dave aka Teampsi also.

Shocker motor cleaned up using a 3M Scotch-Brite pad

Lol, talking about the first pic? All the dusting stuff? I got terrible allergies, especialy to dust (that and mold, lol).

I didnt paint the slugs, only the bottom plate. You can paint them, as long as you use something durrable and tape the gap off.
