1st box build i have done by myself...it turned out decent.

here is the dd 510b subs i am using...box is 2.9 cube tuned to 33hz. 2 ports and a center divider to seperate the subs. almost done just need to sand and do wiring.

in the last 2 pics the top board is not screwed down it was just set on top. this build is for my girls car. should sound good and get pretty loud

Little uneven brotato, looks good though. Next time use a table saw or get a track for your circular saw. Looks like you did the cuts with a jigsaw. You gonna wrap it with anything

subs are slappin. sounds good and gets loud off of a zapco refrence 500. cant wait for my AQ 1200d to get here 2mro and really see what these lil 10's can do

Why didn't your 45 corners and round off the port?

I tried to build a box with only a jig saw, bad idea. Now I use a circular saw and it's still a little difficult to cut perfectly straight, just gotta sand a lot.

i just didnt feel like getting that into as it is just some slap for my girl. yea jig saw sucks it was pretty hard

Jig saw or circular saw if you use a clamped straight edge to help line up the cuts its pretty hard to not cut straight. Measuring correctly is a whole nother story for me haha

you should just build a baffle to go over the front, to seal up that gap and flush mount the woofers : )
