I'd say it will slap, my 15" HD3's in 8 cubes net, 39hz slaps pretty well. It starts hurting around 45hz...
what power do you have running to them?

edit::: nvm, seen what power your running. should be a lot better with the 3500D

sorry if this is thread jacking but will a single hdc3 get any harm done to it if i put a aq2200 on it @ 1ohm?

thanks buddy, yeah this is my first real system and i havent really tuned a amp before with a dmm. should i just stick with my aq1200 which puts out about 1400rms? or take a chance and go with the 2200? also i thought i heard something about audioque's bass knobs that they have a clipping light that shows if the sub is getting a clipped signal is this true? thanks again and sorry bout the jacking.

Your not jacking my thread. I like bumps and helping people out. Yea the grain nob has a led cliping light. Verynice and yea go with the 2200 as long as you dont clip to much.

what ever your amp gains are set to the gain nob will not go past that all it dose is let u trun down the gains so that u dont clip "clipping led"
