when you cut the sub cutouts, do you cut thru both baffles at once?

I wan't sure if it is easy on the router to cut thru 1 1/2" with a upcut bit?

Standard 3 cubes runs $190 shipped with carpet.

No, I cut the bottom baffle, then attach the two together. When the box is all complete simply hit it with a flush trim bit.

Not sure on exact weight. But the only thing I use is Trupan Light.
