about to start a build for a yukon....nothing big but he's plannin on putting 2 15" CVR's in it.....before i start i just wanna see what yall think about the box dimensions (seeing as i've never used cvr's before).....7.7cuft at 34.6hz, with about 140 sq inches of port area....slot port design btw

u could do better on the subs.. try some fi ssds 15 u will like them .. oh yea tune to 32 hz

this isn't for me.....this guy is on a low budget so that's what he's gonna get.......but you think i should tune lower???

I have a 12" CVR in 2cf tuned to 36Hz. I have always wished I had tuned lower (30-32Hz). In fact, I am going to be building a new box this spring/summer.

But, as always, it comes down to user preference. Only way to know for sure which he will like best is to try them both, if that is possible.

Ohhh my bad yea umm thats fine if u could go down to 32 Hz that would be pretty nice..

ok well this guy really don't know a whole lot about car audio, he just want's a pretty loud system......he says that he wants to hit the lows, while still maintaining some of the midbass (around 45-55hz)...

7.8cuft at 32.9hz, with 130sq inches of port area
