This enclosure is for a local customer for 2 SA-10's. Box is 2.3 cubes NET @ 32hz with 40 sq inches of port. Will have charcoal carpet and a kerfed port. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Here are the designs.

Kerfs came out perfect, meaning there was NO gap in between the kerfs, which would have decreased the structural integrity of the kerf bend.

Thank you. It's fun to do //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Nice **** and kerfing is not that hard takes a bit of time but easy. Nice work man..
Thanks man. The tough part is first coming up with a formula for where you need to actually start the kerfs in reference to how long your front baffle is and the radius of the flare that you want. But for the most part, it isnt to difficult once you know how to work the formula.

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
