box buidling help

Ok I want to build a box, and here is what I want to know should I build a frame to hold the box together better. Or will it work just fine if I use a brad nail gun and wood glue to hold the box together. I'm kinda worried that the pressure in the box will pull the nails out and wood glue wont hold. I have built a box before using a frame and the box came out holding fine, but don't want to use a frame inside the box this time. Suggestions from people with prior experience would be awesome. you dont need to use a frame, screws/nails and glue should do. if its a big box maybe you should brace it.
