box and polyfill q?

my enclosure is 1.28 after all displacement my ? is my subs need 1.45 after all displacement. how much poly fill should i use. and if i make the enclosure think it is larger by using polyfill how much of a change will i see in the tuning of the enclosure. as of right now it is tuned to 34. it is a 3" x 10.99" port. what issues will i run into to.
