This sub has now been playing non-stop for several days to break in , and it has changed drastically ..... It is simply mind blowing in EVERY way. It's the tightest , fastest , and cleanest sub i have ever heard , that also will shake a W7 down to the grave.

I read about an oval sub, boston i think in some random magazine(not car audio) and it said they make it real cheap to recone or something, possibly this one?

its this one...you take out 6-hex screws and pull the coil/former right out..

Good to see that they had ease on installation in mind when they designed it. Circles can be cut with a router and a jig and get them perfectly round. You have no choice but to freehand these. You can still do the cutout with a router, you just need to make a jig.

Ive been working with this sub as well. I finally got to listen to it today and I have to say that it is indeed very fast to respond. It seems to be pretty accurate and IMO it really sounds great. Its bein powered by a Boston GT-24 amplifier bridged.
