Boss Audio 800 Watt Amp

I got one of these not long ago - is this enough to power a Kenwood 12" sub (600Watt) and a set of 3-way 7"x10" speakers (320Watt)? The amo is 4 channel bridgeable. Would I be better off getting another amo for more power?

That amp should be ok, but look around for a higher quality amp for about the same price. Check out some Lanzar amps.
