Bose ??? help!

I've just replaced my Acura Cl's bose headunit with a aftermarket panasonic. My headunit works playing radio but it doesn't work when playing cd. and i believe that the factory amp was blown. If i took the amp out would my Aftermarket HU play cds? Is there any way to run a aftermarket HU and a sub without rewiring the WHOLE system? That's a pain. Any suggestions anyone? PLEASE!

You dumbass you hooked the factory turn on for bose amp to power antenna wire instead of amp turn on wire. Hope you dont burn up your car trying to save $50.
